Introduction

2025 has been a year of progress and performance for Minderoo Foundation as we accelerate our work and ambition.

Our teams are delivering measurable impact that improves lives, strengthens communities and protects the environment in Australia and beyond.

For this year’s Impact Report, we demonstrate how we live our values and organise as a force for good. Our values guide the way we back those closest to the problems we seek to solve, playing our role to Partner, Develop, Advocate and Generate Evidence.

This Impact Report sets out how Minderoo Foundation has worked in 2025 to turn intent into lasting change. It reflects a year of sharper focus, stronger alignment and continued commitment to tackling challenges that do not have easy or immediate solutions.

Taken together, these efforts reflect our role as a modern philanthropy: backing what works, staying the course when change is hard and taking responsibility for whether impact endures.

As we move into 2026, we do so with clarity of purpose and impatience for progress. The challenges we face are significant. But with strong partners, disciplined focus and a commitment to long-term outcomes, meaningful change is not only possible, it is essential to forging a fair future.
